The Maintenance is A+!! David the head of maintenance is on top of the building & property, keeping it extremely clean, well maintained and running great! He has a fabulous friendly crew!! Calls are answered immediately, day or night!

Beautiful Spectacular view of the golf course & NYC.

All new appliances, oven, dish washer, microwave! Gorgeous granite countertops & parlay wood floors! I especially love and enjoy my extra spacious balcony! While having my morning coffee, & taking in the view, I feel like I’m on vacation ?

In summer a beautiful swimming pool to use & year round an indoor gym

Including many new laundry machines on site
Living here is relaxing especially after a long day at work .

I’m really disappointed. You hear country club towers you expect these units to be fully upgraded. 6 years ago I went to see a unit and did not get a wow factor because the unit looked like a regular apartment not even close to a luxury apartment. 6 years later same scenario. I even went into a unit and it had an electric range stove no gas. I ask if the units get upgraded when a tenant leaves, was told only if the appliance is broken? The kitchen cabinets had so much paint on them. You can tell they were painted over and over again. The closets are not walk throughs. The doors to the closets were old and should be replaced with upgraded doors. The view to the golf course is beautiful no doubt but these units need to be updated. You pay for the pool. You pay for the gym. Per person not per unit. Also my husband has a service animal and we have his certification. Was told needed a drs note explaining why my husband needed a service animal, which is against ADA rules.

Moved into Country Club Tower 1 in the middle of September with the help of the leasing office, I found Anna very helpful with the process. and I’ve enjoyed the building and I’m content with my studio apartment. Pretty quiet building and my neighbors are great. Have a beautiful view of the golf course very laid back nice place to live on the dead end block.

Amazing apartment building to live in! All staff members are wonderful. I have a few words of praise for Sharon, the Property Manager—she has been extremely helpful in resolving all the issues I have so far. She is very respectful and take genuine interest in listening to every question or concern I have and always been very supportive providing helpful solutions!

We moved to Tower II a few months ago. The leasing agent, Anna, made the process seamless, she was very kind and very helpful.
Once we settled in we started meeting and knowing the stuff. They are all GREAT!! Jeannie and Clifford are very kind always greeting us with a smile, helping with the packages, and holding the doors are our hands were full of packages. Jose Boza the building superintendent is so helpful and kind, as we needed help like any other new tenants, he was always prompt and happy to assist. I wish all the buildings have a superintendent like Jose. *.
Our floor is very quiet, the maintenance crew does an AMAZING job!! I hope they will keep doing this forever because they are GREAT! Very clean, everywhere: garbage chute, hallways, pool, sidewalks.
Spring is here, the grass is cut it periodically, and dark brown mulch ( my favorite).
Yes, might not be the newest property but is very very well-maintained. I gave it five stars because it is perfectly balanced between the quality of the property and the rent cost.
We are happy to leave here!

I moved into Country Club Towers I three weeks ago and so far I’m very happy. My apartment is well-appointed for the age of the building (1964), noise suppression is generally excellent. HUGE windows and beautiful parquet floors make for a bright, inviting home, and heat is retained well, which saves me money.

Anna was helpful explaining the leasing process and answering my multitude of questions.

Affordable, clean , Dave and his team excellent, front desk 5 stars. Handling of deliveries also great.
