Welcome Home London provide an amazing service!

We relocated on relatively short notice from the U.S. to London, and after realizing it would be too difficult to navigate the rental market solo from abroad, we went with Welcome Home.

We had a quick but detailed initial session where the team asked great questions about our needs, listened carefully, and put together a personalized proposal.

Within 72 hours Louisa had found and toured multiple properties, some in our requested locations and others in parts of the city we hadn't even heard of.

By the end of the week, we had a verbally accepted offer on a fantastic unit in a perfect location. We would have never found this place on our own, and we couldn't be happier with the result.

For the price of a 1-2 week AirBnB stay, we were able to skip all the hassle and relocate comfortably into a nice, safe new home in a location ideal for our needs.

Would highly recommend this service to anyone coming from abroad -- Louisa and the team are incredibly responsive, everything is handled quickly and with care, and we ran into virtually 0 issues throughout the many interactions, processes, etc.

Outstanding service provided by Welcome Home London. Stephanie was very responsive when we first contacted her and shared invaluable knowledge and recommendations. Their pricing is transparent and can be found on the website which we appreciated. We went with 3 services: Property Search (Renting), Settling In (utilities) and School Search. Muriel was in charge of finding us a house while we were still abroad and then schools for our children once we arrived. She provided a wonderful personalised approach despite challenging circumstances. We arrived mid August when the accommodation offering was scarce but Muriel found us a house in a lovely neighbourhood taking into account each of our (evolving) preferences. She spent hours on the phone and online to make sure the necessary accounts were set up properly (council tax, utilities etc). Muriel then went above and beyond to ensure our children got into one of our preferred school. We are so grateful to Stephanie and Muriel, they definitely made our international move less stressful. We can’t recommend Welcome Home London enough.
