I have been a patient there over 15yrs and always have had good experiences. Including their support outside of the business like giving back to the community and food give away functions. I & B Medical Center provides exceptional healthcare services. The staff is highly professional and compassionate, ensuring patients feel comfortable and well-cared for. Dr. Innocent is an amazing physician! He was kind, patient and thorough during my annual visit. I was a new patient and was scheduled to be seen right away. The wait time was short, office very clean and organized. Being able to do my labs on site was amazing and convenient. Brenda in the referrals department handled my specialist referrals very quickly. I was able to be scheduled for my other annual appts within a week of seeing Dr. Innocent. This is Unheard of!!! Thank goodness I found this practice.

I've been with I&B for 24 years now. I had my appointment today, and like always the customer service is excellent. The staff is very professional and kind to their patients. Olivier was very patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place!
