Sehr schönes Hotel, mitten im Nirgendwo. Zimmer sind schön. Bequeme Betten. Frühstück ist lecker. Camp Verde ist gut gelegen um verschiedene Ausflugsziele zu entdecken. Sedona ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ums Hotel gibts genug Gelegenheiten zum essen und trinken und Benzin tanken.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise aber waren sehr zufrieden, weil das Frühstück besser war als der Durchschnitt in USA. Trotz Nähe zum Highway relativ ruhig. Gutes Essen gibt es in Camp Verde 4 km weiter, obwohl Fastfood auch in Fußnähe vorhanden wäre. Zimmer sehr sauber und ruhig. TV leider noch als Röhre.

We were on our way to flagstaff and my son threw up everywhere. I thought to myself I wonder if a hotel would let me us a dirty room to rinse him off. We stopped at comfort inn and Ashley was more than willing to help us out. I was soooooo grateful. She did not have to let us do that and comfort inn did not benefit from us. But the customer service and act of service means so so much. Thank you Ashley and comfort inn for employing an amazing employee. This is the service that more need and have.

I stayed here recently for a business trip and it was wonderful! The room was clean and the breakfast was great. Joan did a great job setting it up in the morning and ensuring that everything was clean and replenished when necessary. Ashley, and Michelle were also very friendly and accommodating to me during check in and check out. They all deserve raises!!!!
10/10 will stay again. (:

So the young lady that worked the front desk was very professional and friendly. However our room was not ready at 4pm. They eventually moved us to a different room. When checking out I was still under my original reservation of the room that we did not have. They tried to charge me an extra $90 and could not tell me why I was being charged an extra $90. The breakfast was decent but limited. The area is sketchy at best. The rooms were okay but the beds are old the pillows are old the sink faucet handle almost fell off every time you turned on the water the water. pressure in the shower was horrible. I would not stay at this hotel again. The pool and jacuzzi were completely empty and none of that was told to me when making my reservations.

We had booked at a different hotel in the area and, when arriving there, they said we had called to cancel the room. We called Comfort Inn and the extremely polite lady not only got us a better room than we would have at the other hotel, but for $50 cheaper! We got there and the same super polite lady greeted us with an adorable smile and a tray of cookies. The room and hotel were super clean and had that new hotel smell, the gym was great, and the coffee pleasant. This hotel is what you pray for every road trip. If we're ever in Arizona again we 100% are staying there again.

The staff is really friendly. The room was nice with a refrigerator and microwave. Also had plenty of space with a nice office chair and desk. Plenty of fast food options within walking distance. The breakfast was really good with a lot of options. I would stay again.

Location is great, right by the freeway. Pool wasn’t open and after reading the reviews appears to be closed for a few months. The breakfast could of had better selections like yogurts, bacon, and some type of potato. Only complaint about the room was the bugs. Small cockroaches in the bathroom even with the bathtub drain closed as they were coming from the bottom tile around the walls and small beetles and nates around the sink.
