Throughout our entire construction, we were given updates on a weekly basis via email from our construction manager, Mark. We live in California and we’re purchasing this as our retirement home. Marc kept us up-to-date every step of the way. He went over and above, and not only communicating, but helping us with our own needs on a personal level that made the whole process as smooth as possible. Work ethic and attention to detail was stellar! I would recommend the Del Webb lake Las Vegas community to anyone who is considering a 55+ situation. (Closed May 2023)

Jeremy was my salesperson, and he was amazing. He is knowledgeable, attentive, has a great personality, and is very kind. He made the purchase process super simple and put up with me visiting every Saturday to watch the progression of my home. Marc Hunter, the construction superintendent, was the best. He met every deadline, was super communicative, sent me pictures every week, and provided updates as well. I appreciated how very patient he was with me and all my questions. If he said he would take care of something he always did and was very efficient. He is a very dedicated employee and super knowledgeable. He made the entire process seamless. Love my new home. ?

It’s an Active Adult COMMUNITY, not a political parade. Enforce the HOA rules and get this violation off our Del Webb PRIVATE streets. And stop the sidewalk harassment and intimidation!

No street parking, proper flag display, and rules on political signs - violations of both DW and LLV Master associations.

Don’t like the rules … find another parade!

Just closed on a new construction home and our experience has been great.

In life nothing is perfect especially building a new home, however Del Webb / Pulte made our experience as good as we could of asked for.

Escrow closed on time.
Quality and craftsmanship was top notch
We were kept up to date on a weekly and sometimes daily basis via call, email or texts with pics
Final inspection was very detailed with a complete knowledge transfer

Our salesman was Jeremy - he is double awesome. Our construction manager was Marc - he is triple awesome. We were out of state buyers so we only got to visit the site twice during the whole process, but both Marc and Jeremy provided us with regular and consistent updates by phone, text and email. I have bought 3 new construction homes in my life and this was by far the best experience. For those considering buying - give this team a serious look. I highly recommend this builder. We absolutely love our new home.
