Ivan's a very good MD, but his scheduling leaves a lot to be desired. 3pm appointment time. It's now 4pm. This is not uncommon in his office. This seems to be the rule rather than the exception. Last time my wife was here it was a 2.5 hr delay before we were seen. I have heard his other patients complain about the unusually long waits as well. Office staff is not very cordial or communicative in this regard either. Finally! It is now 4:23.

Because I moved to Florida I had to get a new infectious disease doctor. I am impressed by Dr. Ivan and his protocol for MAC lung disease treatment and am grateful my PC referred me to him. Thank you Dr. Ivan for your thoroughness!!

I've never in my life, written a review about a doctor. However, today I will take the time. I truly hope for all his patients sake today was a fluke. Our appointment was at 1pm, they called us back at 3:04pm. Not a single staff member told anyone the doctor was running late. Dr. Ivan walked in and I could tell within 2 minutes that he had an attitude. My girlfriend asked if we did something wrong to him. Dr. Ivan was single handedly the most uncompassionate human much less physician I've ever met. I truly hope today was a bad day. I'm in complete shock at how he treated us. I would be ashamed of myself if I treated anyone like that.

I have been treated with nothing but kindness & professionalism! Some of negative reviews on here just don't make sense! I have not had 1 negative experience. Also, remember none of us are perfect but everyone I have had contact w/ here have been woderful! Dr Ivan shows deep concer & makes sure you understand his plan of action. These treatment can be a real rollercoaster because we are all sick with infections & other things, and then these treatments I have to go to 7 days a week become almost unbearable! There is especially 1 person who keeps everyone grounded and that is Star who to me is a Super star!!! She runs that treatment room with such ease, we all know is very demanding. She also shows great compasion for each person individually. She is absolutely amazing and so is this office!!!THANK YOU...

Always a very long over hour wait and doctor just rushes me out of my appointment says I dont have an infection after having testing positive recently for one virus being the whole reason I am there! I wanted more answers on the strain of virus I had plus my symptoms aren't better or improving any further. He told me im fine and the next couple days my throat is looking scary. He didnt make an effort for any further testing or anything to figure out what is the cause of all this. Something is in my body making me always sick and no doctor cares unfortunately including this one for now.

My wife acquired a drug resistant infection and was prescribed a course of IV antibiotics which after her hospitalization she was sent to a rehab facility to complete the regimen. Upon completion, and release from rehab, she still had symptoms of the infection and complained of the continued symptoms at her follow up appointment with Dr. Ivan's staff. A sample was taken on Wednesday and we were told that the results would be back the next day and a depending on the results a prescription would be called in. Well, Friday 1:30 pm, I called received a message the "office was closed". I then left a message on the "On call" physician's answering service, and didn't receive a call back. On Monday we called and could not get anyone to answer. The fact that no follow up test was performed before releasing her from rehab after treatment for a resistant infection and finally got a call back on Monday afternoon, after my wife's home health nurse was able to get through to obtain the status of her test results, which were still positive for the resistant infection.
I would strongly urge anyone seeking treatment to look elsewhere as this practice clearly demonstrated that patient care and follow up is not a priority.

Dr. Ivan, Tonya, Star, and the whole team of nurses that work in the infusion center have been wonderful.
His front desk employees, Becky and Jessica have been friendly, and courteous.
I have had Infusions of IV antibiotics at the office DAILY, as well appointments with either Dr. IVAN, OR Nurse Practitioner Tonya every two weeks.
I have been treated well and professionally every day. I find Dr. Ivan to be a very knowledgeable and caring Doctor. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs an infectious disease specialist.
I'm a bit taken back by some of the negative reviews, as in my opinion, they wouldn't know good medical care if it hit them on the head, lol.

Stay far away from this doctor. He shouldn’t even call himself a doctor. He’s there to collect insurance money not to treat you literally falling asleep in the chair while he was asking me what was wrong with me and in the end said basically there’s nothing he can do for me, didn’t bother to read my chart, when I left, I asked the nurses if there was something wrong with them and they said oh he’s just very overtired and I said well he shouldn’t be seeing patients like this Waste of my time Couldn’t even get my chart right when I left didn’t put down any of my symptoms got everything wrong stay away from him if you have to travel an hour to go somewhere else do it
