Wir waren im Urlaub dort, der Manager war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, es ist zwar schon eine ältere Anlage wird aber noch sehr gepflegt. Es wird alles sehr sauber gehalten, ständig wird gewischt und aufgeräumt. Die Lage ist super zur Stadt gelegen. Abends kann man die Bar besuchen und morgens gibt es ein ausreichendes Frühstück, uns hat es gefallen.

The best part about our stay at GreenTree was the owner. Kind, attentive and accommodating. The rooms were clean, the property accommodates both short and long term stays. The people who frequent the bar are kind and down to earth. Breakfast was actually very good! The ice machines were used often, and sometimes ran out of ice, but with the long and short term guest mix I understand.

I would stay here again. Thank you.

This place is so great! The environment is nice the people are respectful and kind. We were welcomed in and they made the check in process smooth and easy! Once we checked in they offered us a free beer to get at the bar! Yes a bar here at this hotel! It has a pool table and some other arcade games! People were watching the football games and enjoying their time! Outside they have a pool and a basketball court and a sitting area! The rooms are super well kept and clean, we really love the amenities and scenic view of this place! It’s very well kept, the breakfast was very good and the manager himself came and talked to us to see how we enjoyed the stay. If I could give more stars I would! Highly recommend will be coming again.

I had a great experience here! The price is very good and they offered us one free beers per person when we checked in! The manager was super nice and professional! He upgraded my room to a suite with no extra charge because I wasn’t satisfied with my first room! They also have a security guard patrolling around the hotel at night to ensure the safety of their guests!

We absolutely loved our stay - excellent experience!

The staff were super friendly, welcoming & accommodating. We had the pleasure of meeting Mike, the hotel manager, who was very kind & professional with his service. The hotel itself is very well maintained, the grounds were very clean & lobby, bar, & common areas were maintenanced & looked great. Our room was very comfortable, clean & up to date. We loved the breakfast buffet, which was complimentary with our stay. Food was tasty, fresh & good variety.

We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Houston, as a matter of fact, EVERY time. That's how impressed & satisfied we were with the Green Tree Hotel.

Rooms were old an the blinds I had to literally tape down after I had to align them perfectly just so noone would see inside. And it stunk..but the bed was better then the 4 star hotel I stayed in the night before and the TV was better. . The breakfast was amazing an the girl at the front desk was amazing. A young Hispanic girl... She was so great! The location is in the ghetto. An u really don't want to go outside at night. But everything else was great

Absolutely horrible experience. I walk into the lobby and the woman at the desk completely ignored me as she talked to another employee. The music coming from the bar was so loud I could hardly hear.
They upgraded my room to a suite. Great! Twice as much space that was filthy with dead roaches on the floor and live roaches seen on the refrigerator.
The music was so loud and could be heard in my room until 2am, keeping me from sleeping. People coming and going in the parking lot drinking and making noise.
I did not feel safe at all and didn't feel like the door was secure.
This was one of my worst experiences at a hotel and it should not be rated as it is.
A terrible experience and I would recommend everyone stay as far away from this place as possible!
