Kurt is an excellent choice for absent homeowners who need their property looked after. He spends the time upfront to understand your specific needs -- this is not a cookie cutter service. He is incredibly thorough and detail oriented and keeps an eye on your house as if it is his own. And that includes inside and out! He forwards pictures after each visit and is quick to take care of any issues that arise. Highly recommended.
