Frank W. and Billy H. were phenomenal. I have never been so impressed with a contractor in my life. We were in a pinch, they had an emergency repair creep up prior to our job, but they quickly resolved it and fit me in the schedule and communicated very well as to what was going on. They were on time, every time. Explained the issues and solutions clearly. Our previous well contractor couldn’t get us back up and running after 2 months on the job. Within 26 hours, Frank and Billy had us not only pumping water from our well, but were able to drop our pump another 63’ so we won’t have water issues for a long while!

Oh and the final price was better than expected. The quote was a little on the high end, but accounting for labor and some unknowns of our well, they wanted to give us an honest quote because they could have ran into issues. But they worked efficiently and quickly and were able to complete the job faster than quoted, saving us money.

Not only that but they paid attention to detail, inspected the rest of our system, and provided recommendation on improvements without pushy sales.

I cannot recommend a better company to go with. Frank and Billy were absolutely a pleasure to work with and have earned my trust. Thank you, Frank and Billy!

K&P called back before any of the other local companies when we ran into well issues at 7p.m.
Frank Perez came out and got water back to my family in a couple short hours. Fair pricing and very knowledgeable. Was willing to give me pointers if I decided to do any of the work myself to save money.
