It's amazing how tight these houses are. The house itself needs to be strategically staged to make small look less small. It would be fine for a couple and a child maybe. Then the property, better pray you like your neighbor because you will basically be living together!! At most you could fit a lawn mower down either side but probably won't need one. Privacy looks non existent. Look at the ones built next to each other after or before the model. When you look out the windows you see land at the model.
