I recently stopped by this beautiful new homebuilder community and had an incredible experience. The community itself is tucked away and surrounded by trees, offering a peaceful and secluded environment. I haven’t purchased yet, but the new home sales consultant, Katie, was absolutely awesome. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire visit. I also had the chance to speak with the builder, Jonathan, who went above and beyond in answering all my questions, even before I considered signing a contract. Their professionalism and dedication to customer service really stood out. If you’re looking for a serene community with great support, I highly recommend visiting!

Forest Park is a community like no other. Its is a small, quiet, and Beautiful community! We stopped by to look at the model home, which is the Harrison plan and it was beautiful. The pricing in this community is better than anyone in Princeton. (In my opinion) MI Home builds good quality homes. Jonathan, the builder is amazing to work with. He is very knowledgeable And explains things to us in detail. The sales rep, Katy is super sweet. She makes you feel like she has known you forever, she is very knowledgeable and is very patient with those of us that have never bought a home before. I would definitely recommend HOMES at Forest Park in Princeton, Texas.

There is nothing to compare to an MI HOME! I bought my home sight unseen after visiting KB HOMES, DR HORTON homes in the area on a visit to the Dallas area from Seattle. Katie Frazier and Jonathan are the very best at what they do. I purchased the lot, (which Katie helped me pick), choose a floor plan and the gold package. The thing about an MI HOME is that you are getting a great quality built home, no plastic fake cheap stuff and they don’t nickle and dime you with add ons. Their basic package is pretty darn good and full of extras i would have had to pay for with either DR HORTON or KB HOMES. Above all else, Katie and Jonathan were in constant contact with me throughout the entire process 2600 miles away! Forest Park is family friendly, professional, diverse and convenient! I highly recommend that your choice be a MI HOME at Forest Park!

Forest Park is a nice little community. Stopped by the model home to get decorating ideas, and Katie (sales person) was welcoming and allowed us to take pictures. Once we toured the inside of the model home, we fell in love. We are now in the process of putting our current home on the market in hopes of purchasing in this community. Forest Park is a darling community and Katie has been very informative while holding our hand through the buyer process.

From the time i stepped in this community, I have been impressed with the size, homes, and service they provide. This has made my buying process so amazing. The sales agents and builder are top notch. They worked well together, and have been organized and very great at listening to the need of the customer.

I love this unique community . It is surrounded by trees, and it is very nice. The homes here are perfect for any size family. We are a family of four and we love it here. Katie the sales person and Jonathan the builder were amazing during the entire process. I highly recommend this community

This community is very quiet very beautiful and it’s surrounded by trees. We looked at the model home and visited with Katie and she was such a sweetie! She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions as she guided us thru the process. I would recommend this community to anybody and everybody.

Forest Park is a beautiful and quiet neighborhood located near lots of trees, walking paths and parks. The homes are beautiful and Katie is a fantastic sales agent who goes above and beyond for the neighborhood.
